01Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is right inside Boost Coach.

• Open the Boost Coach app and sign in
• Tap Profile in the bottom navigation
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm when prompted. This immediately deactivates your account

02Request deletion by email

Prefer email? Send a request to support@boostcoach.app from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion, typically within 7 business days.

03Request deletion through in-app support

You can also reach us without leaving the app: open Settings, choose Help & Support, and send us a message asking to delete your account. A member of the Boost Coach team will follow up to confirm once it's done.

04What happens to your data

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, budgets, expenses and receipt photos, Boost Score points and quest progress, uploaded credit reports, BoostBot and FixBot chat history, and dispute letters stored in the app. Dispute letters that were already mailed to a bureau or creditor before deletion can't be recalled.

We may retain limited records, such as billing history, for as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes like fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy.
