01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Boost Coach, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

02Who can use Boost Coach

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Boost Coach, and the information you give us (including on any uploaded credit report) must be your own and accurate.

03Free, Pro, and Pro Yearly plans

Boost Coach offers a Free plan and a paid Boost Coach Pro plan, billed monthly at $19.99 or yearly at $191.91 (a 20% discount versus paying monthly). Plan features, including chat message limits and access to the AI Dispute Generator, are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

• Free: budget tracker and spending alerts, Daily Quest, 3 BoostBot messages, 3 FixBot messages, and letter tracking
• Pro and Pro Yearly: budget tracker and spending alerts, Daily Quest, 20 BoostBot messages, 20 FixBot messages, credit report analysis, the AI Dispute Generator, letter tracking, and dedicated customer support
• Pro renews monthly and Pro Yearly renews annually until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from account settings and keep access through the end of the paid period

04Letter mailing cost

Boost Coach does not charge an app service fee to send a dispute letter. Pro and Pro Yearly members are only charged the actual cost of mailing the letter (printing and USPS postage, billed per page), shown to you before you confirm each send. Free members do not have access to the AI Dispute Generator or letter mailing.

05The AI Dispute Generator

The AI Dispute Generator helps you identify possible dispute candidates on your credit report and drafts a dispute letter for the account and reason you select. You are responsible for reviewing each letter before it's sent and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Boost Coach is not a law firm, credit repair organization, or financial advisor, and using the app does not guarantee any specific outcome, score change, or removal of an account from your credit report. Disputes are ultimately decided by the credit bureaus and furnishers.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to use Boost Coach to submit false or fraudulent dispute information, to upload a credit report that isn't yours without authorization, to abuse BoostBot or FixBot (for example, to try to extract harmful content), or to interfere with the app's normal operation.

07Your content

You keep ownership of the credit reports, messages, and other content you submit. By using the AI Dispute Generator, you give us permission to process that content to analyze your report and generate and send your letters, as described in our Privacy Policy.

08Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Boost Coach is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the app accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

09Termination

You may stop using Boost Coach and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent dispute activity.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
